Wetted parts are 3/4 in. (19 mm) thick. Wetted parts contain 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) thick, abrasion-resistant liners constructed from chromium carbide. Purpose of liners is to address material abrasiveness.
The spout is set up to address environmental dust pollution from open truck loading.
In this case, the Vortex pivoting chute diverter is being used as a “splitter” diverter – allowing material to flow from one source to two destinations at the same time.
