This company has provided high quality flour to nationally known bakers for more than a century. They first became aware of Vortex in spring 1992, when they ordered a fabricated bin from a supplier, which came equipped with rectangular Vortex Roller Gates. Those valves worked so well that three years later, in 1995, the company contacted Vortex to purchase additional Roller Gates, as well as Vortex Wye Line Diverters, for a different system.
