Vortex is pleased to announce the addition of dustless loading equipment to its current line of slide gates and diverter valves specifically designed for dry bulk material handling. Vortex Loading Solutions will offer a product mix of retractable loading spouts, positioners, spout filtration systems, air-gravity conveyors, and other equipment used to load and convey dry bulk materials in various loadout applications, including rail cars, semi-tankers, open trucks, barges and stockpiling.

The product line addition is the result of Vortex's recent acquisition of PMC Unlimited. Their equipment offers many key benefits: 

• Vortex loading spouts and spout filtration systems allow facilities to meet EPA standards and cut down on material waste.
• Vortex positioners are used to guide loading spouts into position above trucks and railcars. The vehicle can remain stationary while the positioner guides the spout overhead. When filling open containers, positioners also ensure material is distributed evenly throughout the vessel.
• All of the aforementioned equipment is designed to be used in tandem with one another, to create a dust-tight loadout system.
